. You will participate in focused training sessions and team meetings, work on projects, and present your results. During your internship, you will be supported by a peer and your manager, who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience. You can expect to receive coaching and mentorship that will enable you to complete tasks and projects to develop your learning and skills.

as an intern, you will be responsible for:
* receive training and mentorship to complete tasks and projects that strengthen your learning and skills
* get involved and learn about your assigned area, without limiting yourself exclusively to it.
* participate in and deliver internal projects that generate value for internal and external clients, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* learn and use internal systems (software and applications) to develop and execute projects and daily tasks
* collaborate with different teams, interns and areas of baker hughes, building a global network of contacts
* apply hse (health, safety and environment) guidelines, ensuring compliance with procedures at all times
* participate in integration initiatives, volunteering, and diversity, equity, and inclusion programs to enhance your networking and development
fuel your passion.
to succeed in this role, you will need to:
* currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in industrial engineering, international logistics, supply chain or related fields, business administration or actuarial science.
* speak english fluently, both orally and in writing, and have effective communication skills.
* having the legal right to work within the country where marriage is being sought without sponsorship or time restrictions.
* you must be available to complete the internship for a period of 1 year.
selection process
our program operates in hiring cycles, and you will participate in the july cycle. Therefore, the selection process will take place between april and june.
after applying, the recruitment team will review resumes. If you are selected, you will advance to a digital interview.
candidates who continue in the process will be invited to an interview with the hiring team.
finalists will receive an offer to join the program in the corresponding cycle.
