as a process improvement engineer at honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving end-to-end process improvements through systemic resolutions. With your six sigma black belt certification, you will analyze failure trends, identify opportunities for improvements in areas such as order fulfillment, returns, and customer interfacing processes. You will lead and support process improvement initiatives, ensuring successful execution and high-quality solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to optimize operational processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
you will report to our americas customer quality manager and work out of our san luis potosi, mx location on a hybrid schedule. Your role will significantly impact our process improvement efforts and customer satisfaction by driving process enhancements, identifying opportunities, failure trends, root causes, and implementing systemic resolutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

you must have

* effective communication and interpersonal skills
