We are constantly innovating - creating new products from agave fiber.reports into: chief operating officer (coo) role responsibilities:provide support with the mapping, documentation and updating of processes, as well as work instructions, based on the requirements of the quality and food safety management system.control the documentation of the system and promote the communication of the processes and programs developed.evaluate potential raw material suppliers and co-packers from the quality side and quality certifications regarding food safety. Determine quality standards from suppliers and co-packers, monitor the implementation, revise and update as required and determine and implement corrective actions when necessary.determine a co-packer and supplier audit program regarding their quality standards. Determine the processes to evaluate raw material inspections and acceptance with the company’s different suppliers and warehouses. Perform and follow-up to internal and external audit programs.lead and document communication with other companies quality departments which could be customers, suppliers or other types of partners. Keep updated information on gfsi certifications updates to monitor with suppliers and customers. Management of customer complaints with the team of order management & customer service: executing internal research, root cause analysis, final resolution and follow-up of established actions.management of prerequisite programs (ppros) of the management system, such as traceability and product recall, contingency program, crisis management, etc.develop traceability processes and implement internally and with suppliers and co-packers.record keeping control of all companies certifications which could include, supplier’s records on quality certificates, company certifications either on quality, compostability or any other related to product or the company, as well as monitor when re-certifications or renewals are required. Ensure the proper recovery of system documentation (records).review of technical data sheets of all products, current and new developments, to ensure that the requirements of the qfsms are met. Create raw material and finish product coas. Manage product databases from suppliers which might include product information, certifications, visuals and marketing information.inspect pallets from supplier’s facilities for shipment releases.work with various departments such as operations, innovations, logistics, supply chain, procurement, sales and marketing. Requirements: english for business chemical, biochemical, food engineer or similar.
