key responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand their objectives, developing data-driven strategies, and implementing cross-selling and upselling initiatives to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
additionally, you will serve as an advocate for client training and service enhancements, proactively address client concerns, and work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
required skills & qualifications:
* 8 years' experience selling advertising and/or marketing technology products
* demonstrated track record of successfully managing diverse portfolios of accounts
* strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities
* exceptional communication skills and proficiency in english
* experience with crm software and proficiency in excel and powerpoint
