- * run all the production lines to identify short, missing or damaged materials that will be affected purchasing material (on hand inventory).

- * reporting shortage materials every day to buyers and purchasing supervisor*:
- * get an eta regarding short materials.

- * monitor critical items in production lines.

- * review the mes report from warehouse to communicate possible shortages.
*:
- * attending production meetings in production floor.
*:
- * review with warehouse team to determine if the material on hand cover the actual demand.

- * work in parallel with purchasing, planning, logistics and warehouse team to communicate arrivals of missing materials.

- * elaborate a weekly-monthly report to identify top items, suppliers regarding shortages, damaged or missing materials.

- * identify root cause for all the shortages.

*what are we looking for?

- * university degree (finished or not finished)*:
- * one (1) to two (2) years of related experience in a plant facility.

- * sap knowledge.

- * proficiency in microsoft suite applications (word, excel and powerpoint).
