location: hybrid,mazatlán, sinaloa (relocation support) reports to: ceo objective:free the ceo's mind and calendar by driving structure, follow-up,and flawless execution of key strategic projects and operationalroutines.
act as the ceo's right hand in managing chaos—turningvision into reality through discipline, clarity, and results.
keyresponsibilities: - coordinate weekly meetings between the ceo andinternal/external leaders, managing time, agendas, and prioritieseffectively.
- track progress across multiple active projects,ensuring clear ownership, deadlines, and visible results.
- prepareexecutive summaries and briefings across different areas(consulting, software, partnerships, etc.).
- actively manageongoing transformation projects—raise red flags, escalate blockers,trigger hiring or vendor action if stuck.
- anticipate operationalbottlenecks and offer proactive solutions.
- manage work tools(google calendar, notion, slack, etc.)
so the ceo can focus onexecution only.
- collaborate closely with hr and ops to unblockdecisions or implement solutions.
- protect the ceo's time whilefostering structure without unnecessary rigidity.
what you willbring: - minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager, chiefof staff, or operations coordinator in a digital company, agency,consultancy, or startup.
- exceptional organizational skills andability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
- highemotional intelligence: knows when to act and when to escalate.
-excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- proficiency indigital tools (notion, google workspace, asana, slack, etc.)
-habit of reporting progress in an executive, clear, andstraightforward manner.

- remote work is allowed, but availability anddiscipline for regular syncs with the ceo are essential.
