qualifications
* bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, preferably within professional services or corporate environments.
* advanced english proficiency (assessment and interview conducted in english).
* intermediate proficiency in microsoft excel.
key responsibilities
* develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
* manage the full-cycle recruitment process (end-to-end), ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
* coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
* plan and support talent acquisition–related initiatives and organizational events.
* represent the firm at career fairs and employer branding events.
* manage, review, and administer pre-employment and onboarding documentation.
