Be responsible for the successful obtaining of new accounts and the successful preparation of the documents required by supervisors and customers, including quotes, cost breakdowns and follow-ups with the plant and corporate areas. Actively participate in the preparation of quotes, request for customer records (with the supervision of the key accounts and commercial manager), and provide marketing and sales service to general prospects of injection projects suitable for our machines and stamping, also of molds and stamping die's; as well as for the commercialization of what the company handles. Ii. Main activities of the position: general search for and reach target accounts in favor of the company, follow up with supply chain teams for material quotes, ensuring that the trade quote is delivered on time and at the best price. Collaborate when required, with plant teams to obtain reliable overhead cost data and validate it with the program manager. Coordinate with the teams in suzhóu to obtain information on manufacturing feasibility, technical requirements or clarifications from customers, both in monterrey and in suzhóu. Complete the established forms with the necessary information, including the final price proposal or quote to the customer, and determine the origin of the quotes (suzhóu or monterrey plant) with the authorization of the sales team. Peculiarities support the commercial management in the resolution of main customer complaints. Act as a liaison between the plant areas and the sales team. Communicate and follow up with purchasing, costing, advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure key customer needs are met. Develop a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements, preparing customized solutions with the support of the sales team. Respond to emails and calls from clients in a timely and professional manner.
