Overview we’re hiring a digital marketing manager to take ownership of our online marketing efforts—across paid advertising, geofencing, and social media—to support our consulting services and client acquisition funnel. You will work directly with the founding team and play a critical role in shaping early marketing strategies and execution. This is a hands-on role ideal for a self-starter who can balance strategic thinking with in-the-weeds execution. Details location: remote engagement type: full-time, independent contractor work hours: overlap with u.s. business hours required responsibilities plan, build, and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid social, display, search, and geofencing platforms. Utilize hubspot to manage end-to-end marketing workflows, including campaign setup, contact segmentation, email automation, and performance reporting. Execute hyper-targeted geofencing campaigns for b2b and b2c use cases. Create and schedule engaging social media content across platforms (linkedin, instagram, facebook, etc.). Track campaign performance and deliver actionable reports to optimize for roi, leveraging hubspot dashboards and analytics. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and a/b testing for ads and landing pages. Collaborate with leadership on brand strategy, funnel optimization, and campaign direction. Stay up-to-date with digital trends, especially in location-based marketing, hubspot automation, and social media engagement. Recommend tools and platforms for campaign management, crm integration, and performance analytics. Ideal candidate 3 years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on work with geofencing, paid social, and crm-driven marketing campaigns. Strong experience using hubspot marketing hub for campaign execution, lead nurturing, list management, and performance tracking. Proven ability to build, manage, and optimize automated workflows, sequences, and reporting dashboards within hubspot. Strong portfolio of past campaigns with proven results (cpa, roas, ctr, etc.). Experience working remotely with u.s.-based clients or teams. Familiarity with tools such as meta ads manager, google ads, linkedin campaign manager, and programmatic dsps. Experience with geofencing tools/platforms (e.g., simpli.fi, groundtruth, etc.) is a major plus. Highly analytical with a test-and-learn mindset. Fluent in written and spoken english. Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
