*what you'll do*
- manage day-to-day operations for energy and electromechanical system projects across metro and urban rail.
- oversee implementation, quality, and safety of substation and catenary installations.
- prepare and maintain project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- supervise contractors and guide installation teams, ensuring compliance with local standards and technical specifications.
- coordinate internal and external stakeholders — from engineering and procurement teams to epcs, consultants, and clients.
- monitor project progress, control quality and risk, and ensure on-time delivery and acceptance.
- lead communication, reporting, and documentation throughout project execution.
- mentor and evaluate project team members to support continuous improvement.
