basic functions
under the supervision of the import and export supervisor, this position is responsible for preparing export shipment documentation and supporting supply chain logistics activities.
specific responsibilities
* responsible for exporting samples, returning raw materials in their original condition, and handling service parts requests (tank caps).
* support for special operations in the sap management system.
* tracking and requesting rail transport services.
* closing customs clearance for virtual operations with national suppliers and the customs broker.
* supporting the processing of finished product shipments in the sap production management system, verifying that products meet production requirements, reporting any missing items so they can be added, entering transport information, and closing shipments in the system.
* supporting the invoicing of finished product exports in the ssince system (anexo 24) for customs declaration.
* supporting the placement of tax seals on trailer boxes ready for shipment with finished product exports.

* reports to the import and export supervisor.
relationships with the organization:
* frequent contact with the supply chain for materials, shipments, scheduling, and finished goods. Engineering and development of new projects.
* frequent contact with the international transportation and traffic department.
* communication with the security and surveillance department.

education and experience requirements
education: university diploma (bachelor's degree in international business or related field)
experience:
* bilingual
* sap
1 - 3 years of experience in administrative and import/export activities (customs agencies, shipping companies, logistics).
training: knowledge and experience in logistics, warehousing, finished goods, and import/export departments.
