We’re looking for an hr operations & systems coordinator who can bring order to the details. Someone who ensures every employee record is accurate, every process is tracked, and nothing falls through the cracks, from onboarding to offboarding.
in this role, you’ll be the backbone of our hr operations. You’ll keep systems clean, data reliable, and teams informed, so leaders can make decisions with confidence and employees have a smooth, consistent experience.
what you’ll do
* keep hr systems and trackers up to date, employee records, schedules, pto, attendance, and more
* ensure all employee data is accurate, complete, and properly maintained
* manage employee status changes, including onboarding and offboarding updates
* monitor time tracking, attendance, and absenteeism, and flag issues when needed
* prepare and manage employee documents using tools like pandadoc
* support onboarding by setting up systems and ensuring all requirements are completed
* handle offboarding by closing records and keeping documentation clean and compliant
* build and maintain hr reports that support internal teams and client communication
what you bring
* 2+ years in hr operations, hr admin, or a similar role
* experience with hr systems or task management tools (monday.com or similar)
* familiarity with time-tracking tools (time doctor or similar)
* strong attention to detail—you catch what others miss
* excellent organization and time management skills
* clear, professional written communication
* proficiency in google workspace or microsoft office
* experience with pandadoc or similar tools is a plus
