Lead a team of Strategic Sourcing Specialists that will establish and drive procurement of material and services in alignment with business Leadership for your assigned commodity / category and/or region as per Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan. You will have responsibility for driving competitive commodity and category supply strategies to achieve lowest Total Cost for specific product lines, High Growth Region Sourcing, Value Engineering, Component Engineering and Sole/ Single Source elimination. You will lead the team that will manage projects to transition components between suppliers coordinating all functions involved in the process. You will be managing several projects in dynamic and global environment. You will ensure compliance with company business policies and procedures, Export /Import regulations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Team Leader of CE specialists team
- POC for Project Direct Material business for all Procurement related questions and challenges
- Provides and execute Procurement leadership, expertise, and best value solutions to the organization
- Coordinate supplier transition projects with cross functional teams and supplier. Majority of cross functional teams and suppliers are global.
- Prioritize projects based on risk/value assessment
- Works directly with suppliers to assist them in effectively managing the transition in the required timeframes
- Lead and drive constraint reviews and priorities
- Proactive elimination of risks / issues that causes project delays
- Establishes, develops, implements key metrics, and standardized reporting to enable continuous monitoring against business goals
- Address conflicts within supply constraints i.e., capacity, engineering, material and labor, end of life
- Predictive identification of new supplier prices - PO management on new price cut-ins and respective open
- Maintain the accuracy level of a 100% on Set up supplier, and supplier master data | PIR setup; Price, terms, shipping
- Update Material Master Lead-times | Update/Maintain Optimum MOQ | Implement award pricing
- Problem solving skill set
- Drive and improved automation / digital connections with suppliers
- Participate in daily Tier meetings and operations review
- **YOU MUST HAVE**
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 3+ as Leader experience in Supply Management/Sourcing/Procurement/Business
- Minimum 8+ Strategic Sourcing/Supply Chain areas/commodity sourcing
- Minimum 8+ in managing supplier transition projects
- Working in global Team Environment
- Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience
- Good decision-making; uses analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment in making sound decisions
- Global Sourcing experience
- Ability to interpretate technical documentation
- Good negotiation skills
- English Proficient
