strategic growth:
develop and execute business plans for online accounts and marketplaces to maximize brand visibility, consumer reach, and sales performance. Product assortment management:
prepare, coordinate, and publish seasonal product assortments with accuracy and timeliness across platforms. Commercial campaigns:
plan and oversee promotional initiatives, ensuring accurate pricing, compelling product presentation, and alignment with camper's global promotional strategy. Analyze consumer journeys and performance data to enhance product discoverability, optimize conversions, and guide assortment decisions. Establish clear performance indicators, build dashboards, and provide regular updates on progress vs. targets. Promotional planning:
design and implement seasonal promotional plans tailored to each marketplace while aligning with camper's global strategies. Benchmarking & market analysis:
conduct continuous competitive and market benchmarking, leveraging insights to strengthen positioning and strategy. Ensure alignment of marketplace strategies with broader commercial, marketing, and brand objectives across teams. Expansion projects:
support and execute marketplace and country expansion opportunities in line with business growth priorities.
