as manufacturing production planning & control for dt you´ll be the entrepreneur responsible to plan, coordinate, and control production activities to ensure the efficient compliance with manufacturing schedules, optimizing resources and meeting the established standards of quality, time and cost.
*how you’ll make an impact*
- develop daily, weekly and monthly production plans according to customer demand and installed capacity.
- monitor and control progress to meet them as per master planning, adjust plans when necessary.
- coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and logistics to ensure the availability of materials and resources.
- analyze machine capabilities, labor, and shifts for efficient scheduling.
- follow up key performance indicators (kpis).
- implement continuous improvement tools (lean manufacturing, kanban, just in time, etc.)
- manage work orders in erp/mrp systems.
- communicate changes and/or deviations in the plan to the areas involved.
- support internal and external audits related to production planning.
- responsibility to comply with and/or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integrated management system (ehs, quality)
