establish and maintain harmonious relations with collaborators, seeking to enhance the company's human talent to achieve local and global objectives through communication, staff participation and the design and implementation of programs in the fields of talent acquisition, training and development, training, labor relations and personnel services, developing a climate of satisfactory relations that facilitates continuous improvement, compliance with policies and the achievement of the general objectives of the company's integral management system.

- completed bachelor's degree
- minimum of 2 years experience as hr generalist
- intermediate level of english
*what competencies will you need?
