We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry (must-have) to lead strategic talent and organizational transformation initiatives in a highly technical and dynamic environment.

Function description
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
Implementing HR processes, policies, and systems in close collaboration with the HR network, ensuring alignment with business objectives, cost intelligence, and current and future competency needs.
Acting as an advisor to managers and employees to boost organizational, team, and individual performance.
Building and managing the flow of talent within my location to meet both current and future business needs.
Ensuring high data quality for my local remit and leveraging data to monitor the impact of HR activities on local performance and growth, supporting effective decision-making.
Contributing to internal transformation initiatives and driving adoption of change across the local organization.
Monitoring and executing the strategic workforce plan, optimizing resources to ensure the right skills are in the right place at the right time.
Informally leading and supporting other local HR Business Partners, acting as a sparring partner on relevant topics.

Requirements
In addition to having experience in this area, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 8 years of experience as an HRBP in industries such as Oil & Gas, energy, maritime, or complex engineering.
Proven experience in strategic talent management, HR project leadership, and executive advisory.
Excellent communication, influence, proactivity, and conflict resolution skills.
Advanced proficiency in talent management tools, Excel, databases, and ERP systems.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Experience in international or multicultural environments with adaptability to global contexts.
Strong knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and compliance best practices.
