- knowledge of the imss law, isr and current regulations.
- leadership and management of the idse team and all issues related to employer obligations.
- knowledge of osmos system.
- experience in audits with authorities.
- supervision and development in work teams of 7 to 8 people in the payroll area.
- tax calculations and settlements.
- management of a workforce of approximately 1000 employees.
*responsibilities*:
- ensure the proper administration and execution of imss processes for our employees.
- collect and review information necessary for payroll processing, such as hours worked, deductions, and bonuses.
- generate and submit accurate and timely payroll-related reports and keep our employee database updated with relevant information.
- register and cancel imss
- execute registrations, cancellations and modifications in the imss
- obtain proof of registrations, cancellations and modifications.
- register employer records.
- fonacot affiliations.
- make changes to tax status and obtain receipts.
- payment calculation (sua, imss, fonacot isn)
- solid knowledge of labor and tax laws related to payroll processing.
