The operations manager will oversee day-to-day operational functions, supervise multi-department teams, and ensure efficiency and compliance throughout the organization.
this position requires a professional with strong leadership, confidentiality, and hr management experience, capable of implementing operational systems and fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and respect.
the ideal candidate is bilingual (english/spanish), highly organized, and experienced in operations and human resources.
key responsibilities:
* lead and manage operational activities and staff supervision.
* implement and maintain a crm system to improve coordination and visibility.
* develop and track kpis for each department and review performance with supervisors.
* oversee hr-related matters such as performance monitoring and team accountability.
* handle confidential information with discretion.
* coordinate cross-border operations between mexico and the u.s.
* support executive management with reports and strategic initiatives.
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, hr, or related field.
* 10+ years of experience in operations and hr management (insurance industry preferred).
* proven leadership and team-management experience.
* excellent communication in english and spanish.
* strong knowledge of commercial insurance processes.
* high ethical standards, integrity, and confidentiality.
* experience with crm tools and kpi reporting.
* valid u.s. visa required (for business travel).
compensation & benefits:
* $55,000 – $70,000 mxn/month, depending on experience.
* prestaciones de ley + major medical insurance.
* monday to friday, onsite in ciudad juárez.
