- assist in the development and execution of strategic plans to achieve business goals.
- create and maintain powerpoint presentations for various stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact.
- provide support in business operations project management activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
- collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
- plan and execute associate engagement activities to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- data analysis and reporting:
- involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets related to product performance, user behavior, and operational metrics to provide actionable insights that inform business decisions and improve operational efficiency. This process includes identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data, which can help in strategic planning, process improvement, and performance monitoring.
- this includes creating and maintaining powerbi reports that reflect that data gathering and analysis, focused on simplifying larger data sets for executive or leadership review
- monitor key performance indicators (kpis) and other metrics to ensure that new initiatives are successfully improving efficiency and productivity
- this includes working with kpi and metric owners to confirm impact, actionability, and tracking processes
- conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives
- create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other business documentation to provide clear and impactful insights to various stakeholders
- work with adjacent team leads and managers to create and train on team specific reports, dashboards, and visuals that are then maintained by those teams
- predictive and prescriptive analytics: using historical data to make predictions about future outcomes and providing recommendations on how to optimize decisions and actions based on predicted outcomes. This helps in foreseeing future demand, optimizing resource allocation, and improving decision-making processes
- process optimization and effectiveness:
- support business operations by collaborating with different departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within existing processes and develop strategic plans to streamline operations
*minimum requirements*:
- bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
- advanced english skills
- manufacturing experience
- 4-5 years proven experience in data analysis, strategic planning processes, and business operations (strategic planning, forecasting, understand projects, factory operations, field services, creating initial requirements
- proficiency in microsoft office suite, particularly excel, power bi and powerpoint.
- familiarity with ai agents (chat-gpt, co-pilot)
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- excellent communication and presentation skills.
- ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
*preferred qualifications*:
- experience with business intelligence tools such as power bi or tableau.
- familiarity with smartsheet.
- knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- familiarity with crm systems and data management practices.
