Job description
key responsibilities:
* develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth objectives.
* build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the region.
* monitor regional sales performance against targets, analyze results, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed goals.
* stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and market potential.
* provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management.
* oversee the regional sales process, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum sales output.
* collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales campaigns and customer satisfaction.
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* at least 5 years of sales experience.
* at least 2 years of sales experience in consumable materials required.
* experience selling to electronic assembly plants (e.g. Smt or pcba) required.
* bilingual – english / spanish required.
* strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* proficient in crm software and sales reporting tools.
* ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
