your role
as manufacturing manager on our team, you will: responsible to the manufacturing superintendent for implementing manufacturing systems that ensure compliance with the quality, cost, and delivery objectives of their area.
in your daily job you will:
* ensure that each client's specific production programs are carried out and adhered to.
* execute strategies and activities that optimize the use of human, financial, material, and technical resources.
* execute strategies that ensure compliance with the manufacturing quality system.
* implement activities for the continuous improvement of the manufacturing system in their area.
* coordinate with the plant and/or central functional areas regarding the services required by the manufacturing area.
* promote a productive and safe work environment in their area.
* develop cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
your background
* key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
* bachelor's degree terminated in industrial engineering or related
* english level intermediate
* +3 years of experience in manufacturing
* ms office
* previous experience in manufacturing systems administration
* professional experience managing complex supply chains, tooling suppliers, and manufacturing.
