to support the continued expansion of the process solutions team and rcc service tower, we are seeking an additional global pipeline & delivery lead to provide end to end oversight of the generation, prioritisation, and delivery of an innovative pipeline of process improvement and automation opportunities for one of our dedicated customer groups (r&d) ; partnering with key stakeholders to build strategic relationships and generate a pipeline of opportunities to unlock additional value using the expertise and capabilities across the team.
The role holder should have a strong desire to gain exposure to leading edge automation techniques and process optimisation opportunities; extensive experience of business partnering and team management, coupled with core skills in influencing & dealing with complexity. This experience will be combined with a strong analytical mindset and an ability to communicate simply, with precision and impact across a global user community.
*main duties and responsibilities*
reporting to the head of rcc, the role will be responsible for the following activities:
- accountable for rcc commercial/r&d annual value targets including financial savings, time saved, and cash flow/cross-charges
- senior stakeholder engagement/management - including partnering and alignment on joint-ambition/target areas for automation, briefing/update sessions, reporting on pipeline demand, successful implementations and the resolution of impediments to progress
- lead a high performing delivery teams and assigned ps hub team (warsaw)
- generation and oversight of the pipeline of business improvement projects / demand in conjunction with key business stakeholders - driving the effective prioritisation of initiatives, and reporting on associated value creation
- drive & support the optimisation of medium to high complexity/value processes through the creation of actionable roadmaps focused on quick wins and short/mid-term implementations through process diagnostics and current state assessments
- assessment of process automation scope, business value and accompanying business case
- due diligence across risk factors (complexity, business criticality, compliance and regulation)
- support adoption & sustainment through embedded change management/user experience
- overarching responsibility for ensuring adherence to the standardised rcc approach in collaboration with process solutions operations and enabling teams - including standards, methodologies, tools and best practices
- collaborating across the gbs process solutions team to embed new agile ways of working and continuous improvement initiatives driving internal efficiencies
*essential requirements*
- strong leadership skills with line management experience (global line mgmt. experience strongly preferred)
- excellent stakeholder management, influencing & presentation / oral communication skills
- significant experience of high value change projects including process automation & execution (e.g. Rpa, bpm tools)
- proven experience in the analysis & re-design of complex, multi-function business processes, leveraging recognised business process re-engineering techniques, e.g. Lean, six sigma, kaizen expert
- demonstrated experience of leading high-profile projects / change management activities
- energetic and self-motivated, with strong analytical & prioritisation skills
- thrives in a fast paced and evolving environment and is willing to adapt responsibilities to meet organisational strategic priorities and scaling needs
- willingness to undertake some domestic / international travel (as required)
