We are looking for a motivated acquisition manager to join our team and play a key role in building relationships with property owners and converting qualified leads into signed contracts.
responsibilities
* take over qualified appointments set by the appointment setter and conduct seller meetings (phone, zoom, or in-person).
* build rapport and trust with potential sellers to understand their needs and motivations.
* negotiate and structure purchase agreements that align with company goals.
* manage and guide the cold calling team, ensuring leads are properly qualified and followed up.
* maintain accurate records of all interactions in the crm system.
* work closely with the dispositions manager and leadership team to ensure smooth deal flow from acquisition to closing.
* analyze property values and run comps to determine fair offers.
* provide feedback to improve marketing and lead generation efforts.
requirements
* proven experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or a related field.
* strong communication and negotiation skills.
* ability to build and maintain strong relationships with sellers.
* familiarity with crm systems and lead management.
* detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
* leadership skills to manage and support the cold calling team.
* willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

* base salary + commission structure (to be discussed).
