- prepare and send listing agreement extensions and price reductions
- closing status follow up with the closing agent in charge
- collect documents from buyers for our files
- calculate and process payments
- generate reports: showings, buyer tours, and offers
- data collection
- coordination with agents and attorneys
pay: $19,* - $20,* per month
