· Requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Analyze business processes and provide expert guidance on SAP SD best practices.
· Configure SAP SD components including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, etc.
· Collaborate with other SAP functional and technical teams (e.g., MM, FI, ABAP) to ensure seamless integration.
· Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP SD issues.
· Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.
· Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
· Participate in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
