role overview
we are seeking business development representatives (bdr) to join our growing sales team. The bdrs will work closely with our account executive to drive b2b outbound outreach, generate qualified leads, and set up discovery calls that convert into sales opportunities. This role is central to helping us expand beyond our texas market and build a consistent, year-round sales calendar across the u.s.
what success looks like
* booking 20+ qualified meetings / month for an account executive
* helping develop the sales process for resolute
key responsibilities
* conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate qualified leads
* perform lead qualification and initial discovery conversations
* schedule and book meetings for the account executive team
* maintain accurate activity tracking in (or other sales tools as provided)
* collaborate with the account executive and sales leadership to refine outreach strategy
* provide feedback on lead quality, messaging, and campaign effectiveness
* work with marketing to optimize outreach lists and data quality
qualifications
* 2-3 years of experience in b2b sales, telemarketing, or business development
* strong communication skills, especially over the phone
* comfortable with high call volumes and persistence in follow-up
* experience using crm systems
* self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
* fluent in english (spoken and written)
* based in latin america (mexico, colombia, argentina, or peru preferred)
