the marketing designer is responsible for creating high-impact visual communications that support the company’s marketing, brand, and business objectives. This role combines strong creative thinking with expert design execution to develop compelling visual assets across digital, print, social media, and campaign platforms.
*responsibilities*:
- translate marketing objectives and project briefs into visually compelling design concepts that align with brand strategy and communication goals.
- develop creative concepts and design solutions in collaboration with marketing, multimedia, and content teams.
- produce high-quality visual assets across multiple channels including digital marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, internal communications, and print materials.
- design layouts, illustrations, graphics, and visual elements with exceptional attention to typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
- present design concepts and creative ideas clearly and confidently to stakeholders.
- manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and deadlines.
- stay current with emerging design trends, creative technologies, and marketing best practices to continuously elevate visual communications.
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and company communications.

- high-value skills: ai-assisted design tools (adobe firefly, midjourney, runway, etc.), motion graphics, basic video editing
