*senior full stack python developer*
we’re looking for a hands-on developer ready to take ownership of high-impact backend systems. If you thrive at the intersection of backend architecture, infrastructure, and performance monitoring — and want to help shape systems that power smart financial decisions around the world — this role is for you.
*responsibilities*
- identify and resolve *performance bottlenecks* before they affect users
- lead improvements to *monitoring and alerting systems* to ensure system reliability
- translate business requirements into clean, maintainable *python (django)* code
- write and maintain *technical specifications* that guide system evolution
- collaborate across teams to deliver *robust, high-performance tools* for global users
*requirements*:
- proven experience developing in *python*, with deep knowledge of the *django* framework
- solid understanding of *asynchronous programming* (e.g., using asyncio)
- proficiency in *postgresql* and experience working with *linux-based environments*:
- experience with *docker* and deploying apps to *kubernetes*:
- familiarity with *infrastructure-as-code* tools like *ansible* (or similar)
- strong *debugging and troubleshooting skills*:
- self-starter with the ability to *work independently and take initiative*
