as a key member of accenture's life sciences practice, you will help clients drive strategy and business planning to improve patient outcomes.
key responsibilities
lead/support large global projects from a commercial communication perspective.
develop and execute commercial plans and estimates, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables.
collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination of project activities.
identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
qualifications
mba or equivalent master's degree in science, or a postgraduate degree with rich and relevant industry experience.
at least 5 years of experience working in a life sciences/pharma/medtech company or consulting.
advanced english skills.
experience in at least 2–3 of the following areas:
market access & competitiveness – pricing strategy, pricing planning, new value & market access strategy, health economics & reimbursement.
sales optimization – segmentation, targeting & channel optimization, salesforce effectiveness, predictive sales intelligence, crm strategic optimization.
marketing excellence – product commercialization, portfolio strategy & planning, digital marketing design & scaling, kol & medical education management, branding & marketing communication strategy.
service delivery – post-sales centre operations, field service management, patient education, care management, predictive maintenance.
availability to travel may be required.
