we have an opportunity for a senior legal operations specialist to join us at honeywell, in mexico city, where you will be responsible for operational support of the legal department as well as being involved in legal research, drafting legal documents, corporate compliance initiatives and corporate governance.

*key responsibilities*
- maintain and educate stakeholders on leap resource center, honeywell's internal document management system, monthly audit of leap to identify stalled records, manage profiles issues in leap.
- help with sarbanes-oxley audits and internal audits to the extent controllership doesn't have command or requests inputs from uop legal.
- track working capital, past dues, monetization, update opportunities spreadsheet, and business opportunities tracking spreadsheet.
- promote compliance with all honeywell policies, including those relating to the approval of sales agents, competition law, export control and the schedule of executive approvals, and update honeywell intranet sites with standard documents.
*key skills and qualifications*
- *experience dealing with contract management systems, preferably with leap.

- *advanced proficiency with microsoft software systems especially including word, excel powerpoint and outlook.
*:
- multiple years prior experience of paralegal or legal operations work.
- proficiency in english.
proficiency in other european languages including spanish and portuguese would be beneficial.
- strong communication and interactive skills, proactive and enthusiastic mindset.
- excellent social skills with the ability to prioritize, work independently, take initiative when required within a high volume /fast-paced, highly joint, multi-national, team environment.
