Job summary:
we are looking for a purchasing manager to oversee and manage the full procurement function at our mexico production base. This role is critical to establishing a robust and efficient materials supply system aligned with the company's global standards.
Key responsibilities:
lead the development, evaluation, and management of suppliers for required materials.
Oversee the procurement cycle including price inquiries, order placement, and delivery follow-up.
Build and implement the materials supply system tailored to local operations.
Develop and maintain procurement and operational management processes.
Ensure cost-effective purchasing practices while maintaining high-quality standards.
Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and finance teams.
*requirements*:
bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in manufacturing.
Advanced english proficiency (spoken and written).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Strong knowledge of local and international suppliers is a plus.
*benefits*:
monthly salary of $25,000 - $35,000 mxn
