join the business finance team at iff during an exciting time. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain strong knowledge of manufacturing, product costing, and finance analytics.
the integrated operations (io) financial analyst partners with operations leaders for their assigned area. Responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, providing insights into operational performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing analytical tools. The analyst will foster financial awareness across the organization and ensure transparency of key financial indicators and targets.
key responsibilities
* provide financial support and business partnering to integrated operations leadership.
* serve as liaison between finance and operations on various issues and requests.
* coordinate with global business services on cost accounting matters.
* deliver kpis supporting the company's operating system.
* coordinate monthly production costs and variance forecasts with plant accounting and local leadership.
* manage the yearly budget process focusing on costs, capacity, and product impact.
* identify productivity and improvement opportunities, collaborating with plant teams.
* support and maintain strong internal controls.
* provide detailed monthly plant reporting.
* assist in meeting productivity targets.
qualifications
* degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
* at least 1 year of experience as a financial analyst; manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
* intermediate english proficiency.
* fluent in portuguese.
