Responsibilities
the opportunity
the performance monitoring assoc manager will be managing a team of data analysts, visualizators developers and data engineers ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently to build data pipelines into various source systems and enable exploration and access for analytics, visualization and product development efforts across the company. As a performance monitoring assoc manager oversees the development and use of data systems, ensuring effective data management, secure procedures, and data analysis. They enforce policies, establish data sharing rules, and troubleshoot data-related issues for organizations, also responsible for development several project, analytics and insights for international markets e.g., warehouse, transportation, fleet and sustainability. The role holder will also leverage best practice to establish a reusable analytics ecosystem assuring the practice standardization across the bus (global/latam/pbna). This is not only a technical role but also needs to have good functional (cpg/retail) inclinational for better solution design and ultimately developing solutions those are intuitive for end business users.
Your impact
as bi & reporting assoc principal your scope would consist of
lead a team of data engineers, reporting analysts, visualizator developers.
Ensure delivery of slas and kpis in compliance with agreed upon guidelines
design, develop, maintain and enhance supply chaining service tools
design and build the resilient data infrastructure using analytics tools and technologies such as power bi, tableau, python and machine learning technologies for advance and predictive analytics
solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed
manage large and complex data sets assuring short frequency reporting to support decision taken
partner with key stakeholders for adherence and coordination of key business initiatives
proactively work to identify new ways of working to deliver efficiency gains
identify trends and recommend corrective action measures when needed
present performance results in a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis to customers to provide business visibility
responsible for adopting best practices around systems integration, security, performance, and data management defined within the organization
qualifications
¿who are we looking for?
English fluency required - written and verbal
bachelor’s degree in operations research, business analytics, applied math, computer science or industrial engineering desirable master’s degree.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to technical and non-technical groups including internal smes/stakeholders and external partners.
+4 years of experience creating insights and visualization using tableau, powerbi, and/or excel/vba.
+4 years working with large volumes of data and proficiency in writing sql queries on relational databases like teradata, oracle, db2, and sql server
+3 years’ direct experience in data strategy and/or managing data engineer and data analyst
+2 years' experience in python programming language
understanding of the full design cycle of supply chain tools
ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams
excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into it requirements.
