Key responsibilities oversee market research efforts to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences, translating findings into applicable strategies that promote brand awareness, company growth, and market participation. Identify future opportunities where the data intelligence team can contribute impact to ppg/comex, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement across commercial and marketing functions. Champion the execution of organizational change plans, including functional training and communications, ensuring agreement on corporate goals and smooth adoption of new processes. Ensure adherence to quality standards by reviewing deliverables for all assigned projects, maintaining data integrity and reliability to support informed decision‑making. Lead strategic project management and collaborate with marketing and finance to develop and implement price and promotion strategies that protect profitability and maximize gross profit stability. Develop and implement disruptive data models and interactive dashboards to improve accessibility to data‑driven insights, guiding commercial and marketing strategies and enhancing overall performance. Establish and analyze main performance metrics across marketing, commercial, operations, procurement, and s&t areas, providing regular reports and data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership for continuous improvement. Foster a collaborative creative ideas‑driven work environment focused on applying top‑notch technologies and promoting a data culture within ppg. Create insights to align commercial and marketing strategies with our goals, adapting to market trends and ensuring a compelling brand image. Qualifications bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred. Executive‑level proficiency in english (written and verbal communication skills to collaborate across departments). 12 years of experience developing and implementing marketing strategies, with demonstrated experience applying data and analytics to inform marketing decisions. Leadership capabilities to guide teams, encouraging communication and collaboration toward achieving goals. Analytical, visionary thinking and decision execution skills with the ability to combine big‑picture thinking and detailed data analysis in complex situations.
