Talent acquisition specialist role

* we are seeking a highly organized and results-driven talent acquisition specialist to join our human resources team in mexico city.
* the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across business functions, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
* the successful candidate will source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach, screen cvs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
* additionally, they will coordinate interview logistics, feedback collection, and candidate follow-ups, maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the applicant tracking system (ats), and support employer branding initiatives.

key responsibilities

">
* manage recruitment processes: end-to-end management of recruitment processes for various roles, including sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
* partner with hiring managers: collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions that meet the needs of the organization.
* sourcing and attracting candidates: source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
* candidate evaluation: screen cvs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit to ensure the best candidates are selected for the role.
* interview logistics: coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling, communication, and feedback collection.

qualifications and skills

">
* experience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
* communication skills: strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
* organizational skills: ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* technical skills: proficient in microsoft office, with experience in ats or recruiting platforms preferred.
