Overview we are looking for a project manager responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end project activities, ensuring successful execution, tracking, and closure. The project manager will work closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain project timelines, ensure accurate reporting, and support financial processes. Responsibilities lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using appropriate methodologies and tools. Work with cross‑functional teams (internal employees, clients, and 3rd‑party vendors) to deliver custom development solutions or manage application maintenance and support. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing to ensure effective resource allocation and project outcomes. Establish and manage stakeholder communication plans, providing regular project status updates. Ensure projects are completed within scope, cost, and timeline while meeting business requirements and contractual obligations. Qualifications project management methodologies and tools experience; ability to establish effective communication plans and ensure successful project outcomes. Experience leading cross‑functional project teams and coordinating with internal/external partners. Strong planning and execution skills with resource management and budgeting. Experience with agile methodologies and it service management principles is a plus. Familiarity with it service management and contractual obligations.
