Job title: data management lead
a senior data management professional is sought to oversee the maintenance and operation of critical systems, ensuring seamless support for it production. This key role focuses on maintaining fraud systems and providing high-level technical expertise.
key responsibilities:
* act as a liaison between local teams and external vendors, facilitating communication and collaboration.
* coordinate disaster recovery (dre) plans, working closely with vendors, hsbc technical resources, network team, developers, and business teams to develop a comprehensive plan aligning with scheduled disaster recovery dates.
* support annual network certificate renewal activities by coordinating between vendor, network, and business teams for scheduled events.
requirements:
* at least 5 years of experience in support roles, preferably at l2 or l3 levels.
* approximately 3+ years of experience managing vendors and third-party production support, preferably outside mexico.
* approximately 2+ years of java/unix software development experience.
* experience as a full-stack engineer with the ability to leverage microservices architecture and define new reusable micro components using the latest programming technologies and java.
preferred skills:
* familiarity with tools such as jira, confluence, visio.
* consulting experience, communication with clients, business partners, and management.
