You will manage timelines, communicate with clients and teams, and ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and with top-notch quality. This role will be key in scaling our operations and delivering results that exceed client expectations.
*responsibilities*:
- lead and manage multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously.
- communicate with clients to understand their goals, set expectations, and provide regular updates.
- collaborate with internal teams (ppc, web dev, seo, content, design, etc.) to allocate tasks and manage deadlines.
- monitor project performance, budgets, and scope, making adjustments as necessary.
- identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining high-quality standards.
- produce project performance reports and post-project analysis.
*what we're looking for*:
- proven experience as a project manager in a digital marketing environment.
- strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- in-depth knowledge and experience with ppc, web design, seo, smm, etc.
- exceptional client management and communication skills.
- experience with project management tools (clickup, slack, etc).
- ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
- a proactive, problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
- pmp certification or agile experience is a plus.
