Job overview:
this position entails reconciling multiple accounts and monitoring journal entries for various departments. It involves collaborating with cross-functional teams across the us, mexico, and brazil to ensure all reconciliations and account matters are handled accordingly.
* reconcile and monitor journal entries in accordance with gaap and company policies
* analyze and prepare complex close procedures
* provide customer/client support for all reconciliations and communication of reconciliation and account matters
the ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, two to three years of experience in accounting, and strong analytical skills. Additionally, proficiency in microsoft windows (excel, word, outlook) and erp experience is required. Bilingual english/spanish skills are also necessary.
