As a manager you will contribute to the growth and success of deloitte consulting llp and the offering through billing, collections, and cash applications oversees the end-to-end delivery of key accounts receivable functions. This leader ensures operational excellence and compliance in billing, manages the collections lifecycle for improved cash flow, and drives accuracy in cash application. The manager develops high-performing teams, leads transformation and automation initiatives, and is a trusted partner to clients on ar health.

completion of coursework (egresado) in any pertinent field or industry.
~ responsible for client and team management including proactive value creation activities.
~ support sales activities, account management, and project planning.
~ advanced english level.
~ experience in finance operations, bpo, or shared services, with significant management of billing, collections, and cash application teams.
~ demonstrated success implementing ar controls, digital tools, and process improvement initiatives.
~ strong understanding of ar systems (erp, ar modules), controls, compliance, and reporting.
~ excellent leadership, client management, and communication skills.
