currently, we are looking for a professional to lead our casa make and move planning and actuals analysis. This role involves playing a key part in analyzing and identifying risks and opportunities across lines of management. The successful candidate will provide meaningful insights to the supply chain director and fp&a top management.
this position requires exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. The ability to handle high-volume, multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is also essential. A blend of control/planning and field finance experience is preferred.
main responsibilities:
* lead and elaborate fcst, aop, and actuals analysis of direct cost, moh, and s&d ops
* provide meaningful insights to casa supply chain, fp&a, and commercial finance management
* supervise casa supply chain planning model maintenance, updates, and improvements
* coordinate and elaborate all supply chain reports, updates, and improvements
qualifications:
* educational background in finance, economics, engineering, or administration
* minimum 4 years of finance experience
* fluency in spanish, english, and portuguese (preferred)
* deep understanding of p&l drivers
* blend of control/planning and field finance experience
* strategic thinking and planning skills
* skillful collaboration with cross-functional teams
* teamwork and leadership/coaching capabilities
* expert analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
