Inbound sales representative - home office

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented sales executive for an event staffing company in the united states. This position involves handling pure inbound leads, with no cold calling required.

As a sales executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to event completion. You will be working closely with prospects in new york, and your goal will be to convert 25%-35% of the leads into booked events. Attention to detail and communication skills are key components of this role.

*responsibilities*:

- inbound sales: handle incoming leads and convert them into sales opportunities, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process from start to finish.
- follow-ups: regularly follow up with leads, providing updates and answering questions throughout the sales cycle, which can take up to 3 months.
- event booking: confirm event staffing details and secure the booking.
- client communication: maintain constant communication with clients before, during, and after events, addressing any staffing updates or changes as needed.
- crm management: keep detailed records of all interactions and client information in the company’s crm system. Regularly update the system to ensure data accuracy.
- attention to detail: ensure that all notes, event details, and client requirements are recorded accurately to avoid any potential issues during the event.
- problem solving: address any discrepancies or issues that arise with staffing or event details, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

*qualifications*:

- 2 years of experience in sales or customer service is required.
- experience with event staffing is highly beneficial
- advanced english, both written and spoken
- excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

*work schedule*:

- *monday to friday*: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (30 minute lunch break)
- occasional work on *saturdays* or during event days, as needed
- *after-hours availability*: willingness to pick up the phone and handle urgent matters outside normal working hours
- *paid time off*: 2 paid holidays per year, 2-3 paid sick days per year depending on tenure.

*what we offer*:

- net salary of $1,000 usd + commissions (on target commissions of $1,400 usd in average in the first 6 months)
- this is a freelance opportunity (does not provide mexican law benefits)

pay: $45,000.00 per month

work location: remote
