What you´ll do
* analyze and propose improvements to logistics processes, from reception to final delivery.
* evaluate customer service levels and propose corrective actions to enhance the experience.
* control and analyze logistics costs, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency.
* design and implement performance indicators (kpis) to measure the impact of improvements.
* prepare executive reports and presentations for senior management using tools such as excel and powerpoint.
* conduct analysis of logistics projects, evaluating their feasibility, impact, and results.
* handle large volumes of numerical data to generate insights and make informed decisions.
* collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, customer service, finance) to ensure effective implementation of initiatives.
* participate in regional continuous improvement projects, sharing best practices and learnings.
what makes you a good fit
* bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, logistics, or related fields
* minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in service, logistics, or manufacturing industries
* proven experience leading continuous improvement projects, process analysis, and performance indicator management
* advanced excel skills (databases, pivot tables, and complex formulas)
* advanced knowledge of sap for logistics data analysis and management
* strong powerpoint skills for executive-level presentations
* ability to work with numerical data and perform accurate quantitative analysis
* advanced english proficiency
* analytical thinking, results-oriented mindset, teamwork, effective communication, customer focus, and strong planning skills
* proficiency in customer-oriented systems, ability to execute logistics flows, and desirable knowledge of automation tools, data analysis, or artificial intelligence
