*about the job*:- support internal communications strategies, key messages, vehicles, timing, etc., for employees world-wide, with a strong emphasis on our manufacturing plant in ensenada, mexico.- proactively seek out compelling stories and reporting opportunities to help employees connect the dots between their day-to-day work and company strategies.- edit and post written and digital content, proofing and distributing weekly newsletters.- design captivating visual communications, including, but not limited to posters, flyers, and more.- maintain digital archives and updat distribution lists.- proof and translate content from spanish to english and vice versa.- assist with maintaining fender's employee intranet, including design, content and a process that promotes timely and accurate messaging and readership.- support organizational communication, announcements and events.- assist in key initiative communication planning and internal change management efforts
