Role objective
coordinates with appropriate internal and external stakeholders at all executive levels to drive global efficiencies on a regional and local basis. Coordination includes identifying and capturing low-hanging fruits through designing integrated, interconnected solutions across service, efficiency, and performance to achieve the company's strategic objectives.
main responsibilities
* global efficiency tracking & communication — owns and drives the global efficiency monitoring framework, translating operational data into executive-ready insights. Ensures cross-functional visibility of performance gaps, benchmarks, and value realization across all regions, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders at all executive levels.
* career strategy support — partners with the department head to design and execute career development strategies for the team, ensuring talent growth sustains the area's mandate to prioritize under capacity and capital constraints (portfolio management).

* executive reporting & stakeholder communication — communicates effectively to senior leadership (operations directors, ceos, criso, fin directors, and cross-functional executives globally), driving c-suite decisions without hierarchical authority, acting as the central link between benchmarking intelligence and actionable recommendations.
* managing ambiguity & strategic thinking — performs effectively under uncertain situations, applying structured thinking and executive-ready problem decomposition to navigate evolving business needs. Aligns demand, supply, and finance perspectives to enable exco trade-off and reallocation decisions. Crucial to maintain strategic self-control when translating gap analyses into prioritized initiatives.
* multi-workstream organization & delegation — efficiently manages multiple concurrent workstreams, from quick-win execution through benchmarking cycles to monthly ibp-kind-off governance; overseeing progress of direct workstream leads, implementing business strategies defined by the bmk dept., and ensuring all projects deliver measurable value across the organization, not just process compliance.
minimum qualifications
* 2–5 years in manufacturing, supply chain, or ibp environments; global coordination a nice to have.
* bachelor's degree in finance, administration, engineering and or related fields.
* advanced english - it's a must.
* leadership experience coaching cross-functional teams and overseeing workstream leads.
* strong s&op/ibp governance and demand-supply-finance alignment knowledge.
* advanced analytical skills: scenario modelling, gap diagnosis, portfolio prioritization.
* high-impact presentation and data storytelling ability for executive audiences.
* fluent english (oral & written) with cross-functional, cross-cultural effectiveness.
* profit-driven mindset; challenges status quo with initiative, integrity, and diplomacy.
* comfortable managing ambiguity and multiple concurrent workstreams globally.
