Let’s talk!We’re looking for a hands-on technical product manager to own the end-to-end quote-to-cash process for our suite of international connectivity, collaboration, cloud, and security services.this opportunity is open to all latam based talent.no third parties or outsourcing firms.what you’ll doproduct developmentdefine & document: craft technical requirements, commercial presentations, use cases, and product collateral that resonate with internal and external stakeholders.roadmap execution: coordinate with global subsidiaries to roll out new services and enhancements across different regions.homologation & testing: establish and update interoperability requirements to certify services on diverse platforms (providers, vendors, etc.).collaboration: work alongside peer product managers in connectivity, collaboration (e.g., sip trunking, ms teams), cloud, and security to bundle, implement, and manage a comprehensive as-a-service portfolio.bss/oss integration: drive activities related to business and operational support systems to launch and maintain services.program managementevaluation: analyze program objectives, map stakeholder requirements, identify technical blockers, and propose workarounds.development: set shared objectives, define timelines, and ensure proactive communication with customers and internal teams.tracking & reporting: oversee project documentation, monitor task completion, produce scopes of work, meeting minutes, and deliver status updates and feedback across teams.what we’re looking foreducation: bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.experience of +5 years in a technical product management role within telecom/it for international markets.deep technical expertise in iot, unified communications, sip trunking, ms teams, and voice integration.solid background in cybersecurity solutions (sase, managed perimeter security, mdr, vulnerability assessment, pen testing).proficiency with connectivity and cloud technologies (sd-wan, ethernet, mpls, internet, cloud connect).skills: strong program management and team-building experience | excellent written and verbal communication in english and spanish (portuguese a plus) | outcome-driven mindset with the ability to define and track key success metrics.why join synergy?Shape products used by clients across the americas.bring your ideas to life in a fast-paced, supportive culture.work with top engineering, sales, and marketing talent.working arrangement: contractorready to take your career to the next level?
