* knowledge of failure analysis, electrical, physical, and physicochemical testing applied to the electronics industry and laboratory equipment.
* acquisition, management, and storage of supplies for test equipment, aoi, axi, logistics management (ict), fvt, aoi, axi, and flash tester.
* management of test equipment expenses and budgets. Preparation of financial reports.
* analysis and evaluation of solder joints on aoi/axi 3d equipment.
* implementation and monitoring of laboratory quality systems based on standard 17025, iso 9001, and standard 14001.

* interpretation of ir and xrf spectra, and elemental characterization of materials. Prepared technical reports in english.

responsibilities
* you will work with test technicians and test engineers on optimizations, improvement projects, and corrective actions for assigned equipment processes.
* assignments in methodologies to maintain test equipment efficiency, yield, 5s, and otd.
* the test manager is responsible for tracking equipment failures and performing advanced calibrations based on daily schedules.
* you will maintain the 5s goal in your work area, activity reports, and assigned logs.
* responsible for effective equipment scheduling under the test engineering department (aoi/axi).
* responsible for coordinating the execution of preventive maintenance, r&r studies, cpk, and st for equipment under the test engineering department (aoi/axi).
* responsible for coordinating the execution of model changes to tests (aoia/axi). Test engineering department
* responsible for generating procedures, documents, and forms for the test engineering department (aoi-axi).
* implement calibration systems and installations of hardware and software dedicated to equipment managed by the test engineering department.
* responsible for completing and executing evaluations of all staff, including technicians, engineers, and test supervisors.
