We are currently looking for a
*trade marketing jr. Designer*
*main purpose*
responsible for making all the adaptations of marketing campaign arts for the channels and chains of chile, argentina and uruguay. As well as making arts for local campaigns and specific promotions; carrying out alignments with the marketing and sales teams.
*responsibilities*
- work in the conception of creative visual ideas based on the objectives to be communicated.
- produce creative content graphics and editing work with a clear rationale to local promotions.
- genereate fresh, new and innovative art graphics within brand and design standards to support all distribution channels and marketing initiatives.
- adaptation of key visuals for:wholesaler, ot (by chain) among others.
- ability to build graphic and print designs and concepts when needed.
- determine how best to represent a brand concept visually, specifically regarding art / graphic design.
- be a brand guarding, following brand guidelines closely.
- have the ability to take control of projects and work independently as well as in team.
- detail oriented, with an ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized while responding to last minute requests and adapt to changes on business trends.
- present designs to teams for approval
*qualifications*
- * bachelor’s degree in a directly related field (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, etc.)*:
- * 0-6 months of experience of agency creative experience in art / graphic design (experience with point of sale or digital marketing a plus)*:
- * 1 year of experience using photoshop, illustrator and render*:
- * intermediate english - oral and written communication skills*:
- experience with creative teams in agency or in-house agency environments; experience w/ cpg a plus
- experience to manage design tools such as 3d studio max, cinema 4d, etc
- knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
- attention to detail and ability to multitask
- strong creative portfolio, available online
