thisperson will lead all continuous improvement and lean initiativesfor the plants in the region.
essential responsibilities: - drivingand improving results by leveraging lean tools, consulting skills,and change management process and take primary responsibility forimplementation of lean initiatives within manufacturing plants andits associated value streams.
- challenging and supporting factoryand divisional management to drive a culture of high performanceand continuous improvement.
- responsibility for support anddevelopment of lean experts, continuous improvement specialists,supervisors, operators and managers.
- creating long term activityroadmaps and lean transformation projects.
- solid business acumenwith substantial leadership experience - to be successful, youpossess a high level of energy and drive for delivering results andsignificant achievements.
you work persistently to achieve yourgoals, and you possess the necessary cooperation skills to developsolid relations.

qualifications: - leadership experience fromoperation.
- mastery of a variety of improvement lean tools.

- black beltcertification, master black belt is a plus.
